As of last year no Americans can open a Money market account or invest period. Now the past couple of months or so I see that the U.S Government is taking money from these countries like Kuwait and Dubai to help with the American economy. How can I find out who put that banned on and do you think its fair?
read this prospectus, go all the down to #3 no americans or brits.
Thanks

    How is this Constitutional?!

This is a Clear Violation of your right to property.

Welcome to the world. This has been happening to other countries for years with the World Trade Organization. You work in Kuwait and you haven’t noticed how corrupt the system is yet? Of course it’s not fair but it happens and there’s not much you can do about it but expose it to interested media. Once it’s exposed look at the groups that try to have it silenced and you will have your answer.

This may be related to 9-11.

Since the U. S embassy told you, you should ask them politely the source of this info and the reasons for it.

Because of our demand for oil we should have -ve balance of payment that mean we, as a country have to borrow money from, in this case Kuwait. This is just natural.

Most of the “Banned” comes from Reserve bank or in USA it is call federal reseve that issues order or decree, they can come out on day to day bases, as supply and demand changes.

I’d love to see a source for this statement. I find it difficult to believe that it somehow American investment in Kuwait has been banned. I looked at the embassy website at kuwait.usembassy.gov. Not only do I not see any statements about investment is now barred, I see a statement by Kuwaiti officials from November touting investment there. Odd thing to have up on an official website if it actually was against the law.
